Attraction 1: Lake Louise


One of our favorite spots in Banff was undoubtedly Lake Louise. Known for its striking turquoise waters framed by towering mountains, the lake is a picture-perfect location for photography and peaceful walks. We hiked the Lakeshore Trail, which is an easy stroll with stunning views, and we were lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the early morning mist rising off the water. The scenery was so captivating that we found ourselves lingering, soaking in the tranquility.

Attraction 2: Moraine Lake


Another highlight was Moraine Lake, often considered one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. We took a short drive from Lake Louise and arrived early to secure parking, as it fills up quickly. Once there, we hiked the Rockpile Trail, which provides a stunning panoramic view of the lake and surrounding peaks. The vibrant blue color of the water is simply mesmerizing, and we couldn’t resist taking countless photos.

Attraction 3: Banff Gondola


For an unforgettable experience, we rode the Banff Gondola up Sulphur Mountain. The views during the ascent were absolutely breathtaking, offering sweeping vistas of the Bow Valley and surrounding peaks. At the top, we explored the boardwalk and enjoyed a delicious meal at the Sky Bistro, which featured locally inspired dishes and even more stunning views. It was the perfect way to relax and recharge after a day of exploration.
