Fruit salad is a combination of different fruits, cut into cubes or cubes and topped with a dressing, which is not only nutritious but also filling.

1. To make salad dressing we need to prepare 120 salad oil, 30 grams of milk powder, 1 egg, 30 grams of white sugar, and 2 grams of white vinegar in advance, or you can use half a lemon instead.
2. Pour the oil into a pot, and heat the oil over medium heat, when small bubbles appear quickly, turn off the heat and set aside the oil to cool. Generally, choosing colourless and tasteless oil for salad dressing is more effective.
3. Beat the eggs in a stainless steel bowl, add the sugar and milk powder, stir well with chopsticks, and then whip with a whisk until the egg whites are melted.
4. Add 2 bowls of water to the pot and bring the water to about 80 degrees over medium heat, place the pot with the eggs in the hot water pot.
Next, maintain this temperature to whip the eggs for 1 minute.
5. Add a spoonful of oil to the pot and completely blend the oil with the egg mixture. Add another tablespoon of oil and continue to whip until the egg mixture and oil are completely combined.
Repeat this action, when you feel the egg mixture is a little bit delicate and sticky, pour in two grams of white vinegar and whip until the white vinegar and egg mixture are completely integrated.
6. Until the finished product is fine and sticky and a little bit pulled, the salad dressing is ready!

2. Cut the watermelon into small pieces and put them on the plate.
